退貨和換貨 

如客人發現產品有任何損壞或瑕疵，我們樂意為你提供7天退貨或換貨保證。請於到貨7天內發送電郵至hey@earthyethos.com，並說明退貨原因、附上圖片及聯絡方法，我們將視乎情況為你安排換貨或退款。請注意，我們暫不接受個人原因而要求退貨或換貨。

如有任何爭議，earthy ethos將保留最終決定權。earthy ethos保留更改以上條款及細則之權利。

Returns & Exchange

We are pleased to offer 7-day return and exchange of goods for damaged or defected items. Please send email to hey@earthyethos.com to illustrate the reason of return or exchange with photos attached and contact information within 7-day of delivery so that we can arrange the refund or exchange for you. Returns and exchange will not be accepted for any personal reasons.
