Returns & Exchange
We are pleased to offer 7-day return and exchange of goods for damaged or defected items. Please send email to hey@earthyethos.com to illustrate the reason of return or exchange with photos attached and contact information within 7-day of delivery so that we can arrange the refund or exchange for you. Returns and exchange will not be accepted for any personal reasons.

Once couriers confirm receipt of the delivery at the nominated address, we take no further responsibility of any lost items.
